JOB OPENINGS
Non-Teaching Personnel
- 5 years experience (as mentioned above) and/or 3 years industry Operation or Engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or any related field
- Excellent business writing skills e.g. proposals, memos, letters to students/parents
- Strong understanding of safety and security protocols, with experience in implementing and enforcing them.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills demonstrated by the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively with teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency or adaptability in using Google Workspace Systems, Project Management Systems and other digital productivity tools used by the school. (required)
- Knowledgeable in LGU (Local Government Unit) regulations, BFP (Bureau of Fire Protection) codes, Barangay requirements, and other protocols for school operations.
- Experience in dealing with LGU, BFP, and Barangay representatives regarding permits, inspections, and safety compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial accounting role.
- Proven experience in overseeing all aspects of the accounting cycle.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and government regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field (not required, a plus only).
- Experience working in the education sector (highly valued).
- Experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to a non-financial audience.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- A master’s degree in Education and an undergraduate degree specifically in Early Childhood or Elementary Education
- For program heads or school heads, a master’s degree is required for higher education faculty roles, combined with professional experience and teaching competence
- Professional licensure (e.g., passing the LET – Licensure Examination for Teachers) as a mandated credential
- Supervisory experience in a school setting
- Teaching experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create visual assets for websites, social media, advertising, presentations, and print materials
- Video Production: Edit raw video and audio footage into polished content for use in marketing and communication
- Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality images and videos for various purposes
Required Skills:
- Open to newly graduates
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
- Video Production: DSLR Camera operation, video editing, and post-production skills
- Visual Design: Strong understanding of color, typography, and layout
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in delivering high-quality work
- Administrative: Ensure proper storage, organization, and care of multimedia files and hardware
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing admission inquiries via phone, email, online, and face to face.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about the school’s programs, requirements, tuition, and enrollment process
- Organize, collect, and review application forms and supporting documents
- Collaborate with other departments on school campaigns, events, and outreach efforts
- Participate in promotional activities such as open houses, fairs, and school visits
- Generate reports and present to management.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and data privacy standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or any related field
- Previous experience in admissions, educational consulting, sales, marketing, or customer service. Experience in an educational institution is a significant advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences
- Must possess good moral character, integrity, compassion and love of learning.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a proven willingness to learn new technologies and skills
- Skilled and confident in small group as well as large public presentations.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours during peak enrollment seasons or as needs arise
